Overview - L'Altimarole

L’Altimarole is a large 11-room, 200 m² house adjoining the owner’s residence. It can accommodate up to 15 guests (maximum capacity).
Ideally located between Paimpol (3 km) and the Bréhat pier (3 km), in the commune of Ploubazlanec. Unfortunately, Atimarole is not yet accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Rooms	11 rooms including a living room, a large dining room, and 9 bedrooms.
Bedrooms	9 bedrooms, 8 with sinks, 1 with a bathtub. Eight have beautiful sea views and face south.
Kitchen	Large equipped kitchen: two fridges, dishwasher, 8kg washing machine, 9kg Siemens dryer, large 90cm Smeg gas range with electric oven.
Bathrooms	Two bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with shower), 8 bedrooms with sinks, two separate toilets.
Terrace	120 m² of south-facing terraces overlooking the sea.
Garden	Large private enclosed garden with sea view.
Pets	Pets are allowed.
Other	Ping-pong table.
Sheets	Sheets available on request at 14 € per bed.
Towels	Towels available at 10 € per person.
Surface	200 m²
Cleaning	The house must be returned clean. Cleaning fee: 90 €.
Babies	Baby beds available on request, equipment provided free of charge.
